2. Standard Shipping is included in the price of every product. All items are shipped via ground and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the location. Priority shipping may be purchased for an addition cost depending on the size and weight of the package. We only ship to the continental United States. 3. All Meade telescopes, spotting scopes, microscopes and accessories are warranted by Meade Instruments Corp. (MIC) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from date of original retail purchase in the U.S.A. MIC will repair or replace the product, or part thereof, found upon inspection by MIC to be defective, provided the defective part or product is returned to MIC, freight prepaid, with proof of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Meade products purchased outside North America are not included in this warranty, but are covered under separate warranties issued by Meade International Distributors. Items specifically sold as factory refurbished may have some minor cosmetic type blemishes not affecting performance. This warranty is not valid in cases where the product has been abused or mishandled, where unauthorized repairs have been attempted or performed, or where depreciation of the product is due to normal wear-and-tear. MIC specifically disclaims special, indirect, or consequential damages or lost profits, which may result from a breach of this warranty. Any implied warranties which cannot be disclaimed are hereby limited to a term of one year from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. MIC reserves the right to change product specifications or to discontinue products without prior notice. We DO NOT share any information with third party companies nor do we share your email account with any other company. You will only receive an email from the Meade Outlet if you have purchased an item. In addition, please be aware that Meade Instruments does not ask for payment via Wire Transfer. Wire Transfers are often asked for in Internet scams and you should always be cautious with anyone asking for this method of payment.
