Just received the Meade 80mm ED APO and I'm looking for recommendations on a field flattener.  And will the flattener reduce/eliminate coma?

Thanks

I used to have a Meade 80mm Triplet APO and had no coma. Sounds like your scope is not collimated.

I should have indicated that the scope is fine visually.  However, when imaging with a DSLR, I noticed coma in each of the four corners of the image frame.  The amount of coma in each corner is the same, so is this still a collimation issue?

Televue makes a very good field corrector. I would give them a call  1-845-469-4551 and explain to them what you have and what your trying to do.

Imaging whit that size chip on a smaller scope will induce some coma.
You can look into the Baader MPCC and see if it will work with the 80 mm.
