Main Mirror problems

Hello  My name is Richard and I bought a new RCX12'' It's 2years old and had never been used.  I set it up and it works good but I tooka flashlight and I shined it down the tube to look at the Optics .  There seems to be a film of something on my main mirror it looks like dew both the more I look at it it looks dirty.  I was wondeing if anyone else had come across the same problem?     Please help anyone.

Being 2 years old it could be dust got in it and settled.
Im not sure how it was stored.
If it takes a flashlight to see it it may be minor.
If it dosnt effect the views I wouldnt worry about it.
If you want it spotless you will more than likely need to send it into Meade for a cleaning.
