1.25" Focuser Adapter for 4504

Recently picked up a mint condition 4504 - unfortunately the focuser only fit .965" eyepieces.  I understand the Meade used to make a 1.25" adapter available for free some time ago, but doesn't anymore.   Is this adapter available for purchase, or can someone recommend a third-party adapter?

Ive seen a lot available.

The 4504 / 114eq-dh4 doesn't use a star diagonal, thanks though.
