When I set level is my tube bubble level? when it is I'm down about three degrees from zero.

Are you going  by the dial on the side of the scope?  If so, I have found mine to not be that accurate.  You might want to try turning the bubble level around and make sure you get the same level indication no mater which way you turn the level, just to check it.

I'm using my bubble from my toolbox,and I talked to my local stargazer,he said his gauge on the side was'nt very accurate either.Thanks for your reply.
