Bugs in the 1.2g update

Does anyone know or has anyone heard of a bug in the ver 1.2g update software that makes the ETX-LS6 read satelites= 0 on the Autostar III handbox after the update is carried out. If this is indeed the case Meade should definately jump on this problem right away. 90% of the problems that I have seen with this new telescope involve the GPS system not working as advertised. Meade has been very quiet about this problem and it is not helping their bottom line. If this is the problem just supply and replace the GPS units and the problem will be solved.
