Does anybody know where I can find a REAL manual for this wonderful scope of mine? The one that comes with it is a joke. So much is not documented especially when it comes to any of the advanced functions... Please if anybody knows where I can find an indepth manual on this scope, the Autostar controller, Autostar suite software or the LPI, I would really appreciate it. Meade has built me some remarkable equipment but they have done such a horrible job at documentation.

That is a most excellent question.  This is the one pitfall that Meade (as well as Celestron, etc.) are all guilty of -- a very poor user manual.  You can do a web search and hopefully find "pearls of wisdom" from other users.  Cloudy Nights (www.Cloudynights.com) forum can help with some things.  Some of it comes with trial and error.  LOL and Clear Skies.
