OTA temp

Good morning

I have a problem with the OTA temp reading.
When it is outside 10 C the ota temp give 18 C.
When it is outside 04 C the Ota temp give 13 C.
So what can I do?

Hello

On 06 dec Meade have repair my telescope
From Germany her m. was come to my home in de Netherlands and has replaced the OTA temp sensor.
And when this not work than Meade will come back to my home.
He also has clean the telescope inside and find and remove the insect that was fly in my scope.

Good morning

Ota temp still not working correct.
The hardware is good.
It is a software problem.
Meade will come with a new update in 10 a 12 weeks and hope to fix the problem with the Ota temp.
