For Mark,

Am finding that the FITS header shows a one degree error in relation to the J2000 catalogue figure. For example, M42 RA is circa 05 whereas my FITS header shows circa 04. Even after a Pinpoint plate solve and sync, the RA remains one degree in error. Pointing using the handset or MaxDL seems OK. What could be the problem?

Re my post re: RA errors. The post should read one hour error, NOT one degree!
